  1. ​ @Tryzub-x7t Crimea was an autonomous territory which voted to join Russia in 2014. Donetsk and Lugansk voted for autonomy from Kiev way back in 1994. Russia and Putins position is that the current government in Kiev is illegitimate due to the Majdan coup so all deals are off.
