  1. In North America the various peoples where pre-literate. They had no world religion or ideology to them. And they had never conquered and ruled over Anglo Americans. In Siberia, in contrast, Russians met a literate, ideologically unified(by Islam) for which had attacked and conquered Russians far to the west.
