California is heavily dependent on its position as a trading post for China...if the rest of the US shut its border it would have a hard time.

  9. "White British" people are now a minority in their own capital and are close or at that situation in other major cities. A guy whose roots in the UK extend, what, 1-2 generations runs London. White working class voters put the Tories in office and yet somehow they ended up with a rich Indian guy as the head of their party, and now have an Afro-carribean person leading that party in opposition. In England's neighbor to the north, the "Scottish" "National" Party chose an Arab guy over a Gaelic speaking actual Scots woman as their leader. Russia didn't do this to you. Your media and political class did this to you.

The second biggest vote getter in Germany is being shut out from government in favor of the radical environmentalist greens. People are arrested by the hundreds in England for protesting mass immigration. You aren't democracies.
