Tillis has to go back to the events of Bucha...which probably did include some intentional and much more unintentional or panicked killing of civilians and has been much hyped and exaggerated but at any rate was a three years ago. Times have changed. The Ukraine is losing. Their press gangs are being fought against. They can't even fully mobilize for fear of uprising.

@Westernwilson Actually they weren't. Donetsk and Lugansk were to be given autonomy but still under at least nominal Ukrainian sovereignty.
