  1. My town of Dana Point did this to some near permanent 'boat campers' about a decade and a half ago. The people would regularly moor just off Doheny and then use the marina facilities during the day. The harbor patrol there too allegedly found improper storage and release of human waist and ran them off. Don't know where they went.
