  3. And of course Mr. Zeihan here is a week behind the curve...the US military assistance, at least some of it, was already in the Ukraine on the anticipation of the boondoggle passing. This has been admitted. The Tsar-mangals are being used to clear mines and also for electronic warfare (there are components under the shell). Fine Donetsk innovation.
