  3.  @МихаилШигалев-ц9е  A lot of US offices start at 0800 and close at 1600 esp institutions like schools and Universities and medical offices. Lunch is 12-1230 or 1300. When I lived in UK I noticed everything was shifted an hour later. That's why I asked. Of course we never us the 24 hour clock (outside of military) either

  5. Cutting off Russia from SWIFT was intended to cripple the Russian economy as a whole. Same with all the brands leaving.
