  9. In 1996 the Chief of Naval Operations ADM Borda, killed because he was accused of wearing a 'V' for valor he didnt earn on a medal he most definitely did earn. There were other things going on but the V thing put him over the edge. Imagine him seeing characters like Walz and Senator Blumenthal in power in this country.
