Real history content as nowhere else to be seen

Masterpiece channel

Happy Holidays!

Danke!

You have the purest understanding of the traditional religious meaning of chivalry and its initiatic-spiritual ethos and training. Most people literally have never studied the origin of Medieval knighthood and literally treat warfare and religious separately because nobody has ever given them a book to read. This channel is the top expertise on any kind of Medieval military topic and beyond
4
You may easily be the greatest contemporary military historian. Simply I don't know any with this kind of wide range competence and expertise
4
This channel makes you feel at ease with history. No matter how complex, difficult or even controversial, the way the topic is explained always makes a lot of sense and leaves you with a clear idea of what was going on at the time.

I would point out that K&G and HM are often too superficial to be historically correct. Especially most of the first is click-baiting for ethno-national emotivism with no actual historiographical background, while I wouldn't trade any other battle analysis videos for Schwerpunkt's, who by the way makes a living as a doctoral specialist in tactical reconstruction

Very enjoyable video
3
Super content. The best Medieval history channel
3
Thank you

Rome alone is more important than the sum of any other thing ever happened in the world
3
I wish all movie reviews were at this level. Also I'm honestly tired too to hear all positive reviews for such poor quality art

Brilliant content

The only channel who truly understands the ROMANITY of the Empire
3
Infinite love for this channel. Glory to the Holy Roman Empire, the only true Romulean continuation
3
It's amazing how Roman law kept advancing and bolstering Western civilization well a millennium after the fall of the Empire. It's equally amazing how most people don't even know this history existed in their very countries. Thanks Schwerpunkt
3
K&G, Sandroman, HistoryMarche, Invicta, Armchair all sound like children compared to this. High level of expertise
2
It's shocking how an allegedly Medieval-interested audience goes routinely bananas for any video on the countryside and literally ignores any one on Church history. This reconfirms how most people have perennially their head into the dirt and they're gonna stick into it on purpose. Structuralism has really rotten European culture down to the roots
2
Thanks Rome
2
Happy belated Epiphany. Thanks for bringing us Victory
2
Your historical perspectives are uniquely accurate and insightful. This is what I call a solid historical content
2
This content is astounding. I still don't understand how people can take the shallowness and superficiality of channels like kinds & generals while having the highest military-historical expertise available on YouTube at hand. Thank you for your work Schwerpunkt
2
You're a very educated person
2
The incredible thing is that there still are other people actually watching other history channels other than this, n 2023. How low culture has fallen
2
Such topics are so underrated and you never quite find the right channel explaining them well. So glad I found Schwerpunkt
2
How is it possible that there are still other channels watched when you have Schwerpunkt
2
If you listen to the video he did not achieve much. Falkenhayn and Cadorna are more interesting figures
2
I love such pearls of Catholic culture: pure history, warfare, literature
2
Thanks Rome
2
Epic content
2
Before watching your channel I didn't know that military history could be so complicated but also so much more interesting than the conventional cultural approach to it is. On Schwerpunkt I'm particularly astonished by your personal education but even more so the realization that this knowledge exists yet virtually all media content, including the one presented as military historical, ignores this depth and expertise. This channel is immense
2
Thank you, father
2
Very interesting
2
Thank you for your academic erudition. The part on how the Oxford Encyclopedia of Medieval warfare doesn't even know the most important battles of the era is exceptional
2
Medieval Italy embodies the pinnacle of Western civilization to levels that are very difficult to understand for today's commoner. Plus the way Schwerpunkt dominates the political, military and social history of the peninsula is nothing short of extraordinary. Basically I can look in depth at all the development of these city-states in detail and all the implications this had for European politics. Fantastic
2
The only channel that understands the true Romanity of the Empire
2
Exceptional content. You make by far the best Holy Roman Empire history videos. Your playlists are so rich
2
Spectacular
2
Thank you. God bless Ukraine
2
The only true channel explaining in detail Medieval Europe. No more no less. Well, actually much more too, with von Clausewitz, military history and all
2
Beautiful initial picture with the core Germanic heartland!
1
Wow this was when chariots already there but not yet able to tackle infantry. How fascinating
1
Thanks Rome
1
Neat
1
Thank you for reaffirming Western Imperial dominance in a world made up exclusively of culturally underdeveloped, dissonantly paranoid and mentally fragile people. Glory to Rome and the Germans
1
Schwerpunkt is changing the way we thought history was possible
1
Your expertise is fiercely impressive
1
Thanks for debunking the Heruli-Eluroi connection or at least show how there's no reasonable equivalence to historically draw between the two. How good this channel is and how refreshing compared to those Wikipedia Scandinavian mappings based on Jordanes that people make thinking it's actual history.
