  1. I quit sugar 122 days ago. Lost sore joints, 30 pounds, and I don't miss sweets or starches. I'm feeling so good that I will not go back.

  2. I came down with Graves' x 2, once after an MMR, once after childbirth, then shotgunned by a flu shot. Remission was spontaneous the first time, then induced by propylthiouracil the second time, 15 years ago. The TSH labs keep coming back around 2, and I feel fine. It's frustrating, though, that lab ranges for TSH remain so broad.
