  6. My son's anonymous sperm donor seems to be a very introverted high-IQ type, with degrees in science and mathematics. Still single, at almost 60, too. When we finally met, I was delighted to make his acquaintance, and right away, he said that he thought I had an exceptional mind (it is good, but not very much higher than Mensa level). Oddly enough, our progeny has dyslexia and a superior but not extraordinary IQ. Suppose it's an example of regression to the mean. Nevertheless, our offspring is smart, agreeable, social, well-liked and is probably, because of his well-roundedness, going to do better in life than either his donor or his mother.

  28. I wish my husband had scraped together these correlations before he married Queen Hammertoe, his contentious ex-wife. Cat tattoo on her crotch, breasts by Monsanto, bright red hair, masklike maquillage, history of filing stupid lawsuits and a sad history of romance. But she was also quite clever and able to fake being a nice person long enough to band his finger with a ring. Then she quit sleeping with him and converted him into a handyman/slave. What an ugly person, and an episodic blight on our own marital felicity. Fortunately, she's getting old enough that the war paint and hair dye fool no one. I seriously hope she becomes a blowsy crone pushing a shopping cart around the seedier parts of town, asking five bucks from male passers-by for fellatio performed without dentures.
