  4. I would find that difficult to cop to. Personally, I voted for Obama and feel worse about having done so with each passing year. My two Trump votes are the only presidential votes that I don't regret.

  6. Just subscribed. This is an excellent interview of a learned and critical thinker. Hanson has a grounding in the real world and an intellectual honesty that allows him to change his mind, when necessary. He shows that it is possible to adhere to an ideology while keeping an open mind. The fact that he takes a historical view of things and believes in the essential stability of human nature helps him hit the target. These opinions he's been giving in the Era of Trump will hold up well in future years. Most of his detractors, so far, can only hope to bite him on the ankle.
