  1. I believe it was Ferguson department where they said that blacks were targeted for tickets in order to raise money for the department n. This is something that occurs in a lot of police departments in the country. People on here are funny. They're so quick to act like prejudice doesn't exist but this video and everywhere you go online is littered with tons of racist replies about blacks.
