  1.  @TheIpwnkyle  but rda was undersized at Welterweight, Woodley was coming off two straight beatings and was washed up and is known as a gunshy fighter. Lawler has never been known for his grappling and was coming off two straight losses. Check out what Magny of all people did to Lawler after Colby fought him. He arguably smothered him worse than Colby did.

If a fighters only top 15 wins are against older/washed fighters no longer in the rankings, that needs to be taken into account when discussing their skills. Saying he smothers people when he's only successfully done that against 1 out the current top 15 and mostly fights washed fighters coming off losses is off. Let's see him smother burbs, Edwards, Khamzat ..etc he never could. Usman landed more strikes than him both fights and had more takedowns.
