With regards to Russian capabilities, according to the quote of NATO chief Russia increased its military production few times, and Russia is producing more artillery shells than entire NATO alliance, while Ukraine wasted all Soviet artillery shells already in 2022, so at now Ukrainian artillery is firing only what NATO countries giving them, and Russia is outproducing entire NATO which supplies Ukraine with millions of shells. Russia also have few times more FPV drones.
