You are liar. The Minsk agreements were violated by both sides. Ukraine also did not comply with them. With regards to violations of the ceasefire, it was Ukraine that did this, and not the rebels. With regards to Russian troops, the OSCE staff did not detect any Russian troops in eastern Ukraine in 2014. The US bombed Iraq, Yugoslavia and Libya. And no one imposed sanctions against them. Stop talking liberal nonsense about the fact that the whole world has allegedly rallied against Russia. The countries of the West, which make up 1/7 of the population of the planet, have rallied against Russia. As for international law, Russia did not violate it, because it contradicts itself - peoples have the right to determine, but territorial integrity is untouchable

Why did Russia then make a grain deal at all if there was a shelling? What is the point of signing an agreement and breaking it in less than a day? It seems to me that this is not Putin's fault - it is important to understand here that power in Russia is not homogeneous, and Putin's line has opponents in the Kremlin. It is this tower of the Kremlin that sabotages any opportunity for negotiations. Putin cannot take over Ukraine without mobilization. However, he will not go to the mobilization either. That is why Putin wants to take away the eastern regions from Ukraine through negotiations, and end there. And apparently there are people in the Kremlin who want an escalation - to announce mobilization and seize all of Ukraine.

@claudemaggard7162 Why make a deal only to break it later? Putin is not going to seize all of Ukraine - he has withdrawn troops from Kyiv. Putin is now trying to screw up. He wanted to capture Ukraine in 3 days, but here it's already been 6 months. Everything is not according to plan. The grain deal was apparently supposed to show Zelensky that Russia is ready for negotiations, concessions, that it is possible to conduct a dialogue with Russia. However, the strike on the port in Odessa made me think otherwise. I am more than sure that there is a struggle going on in the Kremlin now. The strike on Odessa and Ukrainian civilian cities is organized by supporters of mobilization
