  1. Russia is fighting against Ukraine without mobilization. War has not been formally declared. In addition, there are no Russian conscripts in Ukraine, only contract volunteers. I doubt that Russian provincial contractors who serve in Ukraine voluntarily for money have low morale. They voluntarily went to fight for money.
