  4.  @Jedi.Toby.M  Russian army is well trained. At least not worser than Ukrainian army - the map would show you that Russians took a lot of Ukrainian territories, towns and villages, achieving victory without numerical superiority. Opposite - Ukraine is conducting a full-scale mobilization, while Russia is using only volunteers from contract troops, not using conscripts.
