  2.  @davidford3115  lol mobilization in Russia was 2 YEARS AGO, and since then Russia is fighting only with volunteers, and before mobilization Russia was fighting with only volunteers, while Ukraine is constantly mobilizing every day since the first day of war. Ukrainian volunteers and soldiers were NEVER sent home from the military, this is just few days vacations to meet their families, the same as in Russian army. In fact Ukraine had more soldiers than Russia on the frontline since the first day of war, and Russia is able to win and advance despite being outnumbered. At now situation is critical for Ukraine - Ukraine ran out of volunteers, Ukrainian men are demoralized and don't want to fight, police is catching them on the streets. 2 million Ukrainian men left the country to avoid mobilization. While Russia is fighting with well paid volunteers who see endless war as their stable job and Russian soldiers have better morale and better training
