  3. Allied airpower was effective against enemy's economice, it could easy destroy factories. Also aircraft was effective in destruction of supply lines. But it was uneffective against land army due to numbers and limited oil, and unnefective against big battle tanks due to armor and anti-air. During WW2 allied bombers destroyed very few Tiger tanks.
