Stalin wasn't jerk, and he understand, that this is impossible to conquer the world. In 1943 this organization officially ended its existion. But in reality Union sponced communist activity during all Cold War. In Union there wasn't any nazionalism, for example all peoples, that fighting for independence during Civil War, have their own rebublic or autonomic region.
