And also don't forget that prices in Russia 3 times lower than in the West and Russian salary of 400 dollars is like 1500 dollars in the Western countries in terms of purschasing power. In terms of house prices Russian houses and flats are 10 times cheaper than in the West, so considering 10 times lower salary it is the purshcasing power in terms of buying a house, in some Western countries like Canada or UK house prices are 20 times higher than in Russia while salaries 10 times higher.
