  1. Russia literally made ballistic missiles before USA did them, and Soviet missiles were more advanced, Soviet tanks were more advanced, early Soviet jets weren't worser than Western. At now Russia have nearly the same techonology, but after the collapse of Soviet Union there was a threaty between USA and Russia to stop production and deployment of middle range missile systems, and American warmongers simply left this treaty in 2019, but Russia decided to not provoke arms race and Russia didn't answered to USA in 2019, but at now it seems like it's time
