This is not true, USSR had few percent of budget income from vodka trade, but for Russia amount of income is statistically negletable. Russian budget depends on 50% on oil and resources and 50% on taxes from population and corporations.

Half of what was said in this video is not true - first of all, alcohol consumption in Russia is on average European level and nowadays vodka becomes more and more unpopular, Russians drink beer much more, also about "women in the West that have more opportunities to gain higher education and choose their live" - women in Russia also have this opportunities since USSR when there was a massive wave of feminism and women were working at factories during war. Most of Russian women are studying and working like in Europe, we don't have traditional families in our country.
