  3. Russia doesn't need them in fact - North Korea wants to gain combat experience of modern war with modern tech, so North Korea asked Russia to allow their troops to fight and gain experience. Russia have stream of hundreds of thousands of volunteers every year and currently Russia have about 700 thousand troops in the SMO zone, so Russia don't need and don't rely on 10 thousand untrained North Korean troops.
