Of course Russian advance slowed down due to the numerical superiority, that Ukrainian side have. Also, Ukraine have intelligence suppourt and arms suppourt from the West. And despite this fact Russia is still advancing and capturing territories, while Ukrainian officials are promising to recapture Kheeson for 2 months.
