  3. No, this would suiciditial for Ukraine, because this would allow Putin to start the mobilization in Russia. Russians at now have problems with numbers of troops. Because Putin didn't declared the war to Ukraine, and Putin even don't call it war, it is "special military operation" , there is no mobilization in Russia, and Russian troops are outnumbered. If Ukrainians would pass Russian border, Russians would start the mobilization and they would capture all Ukraine, having numerical superiority
