Russia is able to advance and capture territories while Russia have LESS soldiers than Ukraine and there is no mobilization in Russia, while Ukrainian police is catching men on the streets like animals. It is logically clear that Ukrainian casualities are HIGHER than Russian, if SMALLER Russian army is advancing without mobilizing while Ukraine mobilizes constanly
