Yeah, this is professional soldiers. Wagner group have NATO equipment, they work in small groups, and their fighting capability is much higher than Ukrainian army have. Wagner soldiers use prisioners to carry their ammo, granade launchers and weapons

@Lak.c Wagner group is equipped with NATO armor, a lot of soldiers use NATO rifles. This equipment is available in the black market, probably not Russian, but the black weaponary market of other country, where the NATO equipment is available

@Roky5r yes, many Russian soldiers are arming themselves and buying ammo near the frontline. Just like in the games, where you are buying weapons before the round
