ryan pace No, YT needs to either stop censoring or provide a way to appeal the decision to delete. What they are doing is illegal IMO.

@geekedmaxx They deleted a comment of yours in this thread? Or another thread on a different video?

ryan pace I expect them to abide by the law. Is that asking for too much? I don't believe so. They expect their users to abide by the law. They should do the same. If they want to be a publisher then they will be held accountable as the publisher for everything they don't censor. Nobody is forcing them to be a publisher. So if they don't want to incur liability as the publisher they simply shouldn't behave like a publisher. It's as simple as that, snowflake. BTW you realize you are the snowflake here right? A snowflake is somebody who doesn't like what others say, somebody opposed to the exercise of free speech. I'm not the one who has a problem with people trying to exercise their right to free speech here. You are, snowflake.

ryan pace BTW it's a publication not a platform (if they censor content which doesn't violate any laws).

ryan pace Telling people to shut up isn't the same as censoring them. Telling people to shut up is exercising your free speech.
