@cosmicviolations-end6820 I've been fully anesthetized on several occasions and can say I did not perceive any gap in time between losing consciousness and waking. I know there was a gap but it felt like no time had passed, only a few seconds at most, when in fact 8 hours had passed.

What he means is the mind cannot be modeled or simulated on a classical computer. But it seems to me it should be possible to simulate the mind on a quantum computer. Yet, certain parts of the mind may be beyond our ability to measure because they may not exist within the same space-time as our measuring instruments.
