  1. Is there perhaps more than one transcript out there? The ones used by most other news channels (in addition to the late night talk shows) make trump look guilty (of asking for a favor, for zelenskyy to investigate burisma and the bidens for trump in exchange for more javelin missiles). I know the transcripts I've seen are not actual transcripts but rather notes or memorandums created by other people who listened in on the call which may not be accurate. As far as I know the transcripts released so far are all memorandums, not true transcripts. So perhaps the transcript refered to by trump and those defending trump is a different transcript, a true transcript, which hasn't been released to the public as of yet?

  2. I don't see how he can say there was no pressure put on the ukrainians and that there were no promises made. Someone please enlighten me. I'm not convinced trump has commited a crime but it does seem to me an attempt at a quid pro quo did occur. I'd prefer they just admit it like mulvaney did (or seemed to do) rather than pretend it didn't happen because then at least they appear honest rather than like deceitful liars who are out of touch with reality. Perhaps I am missing something, though. If so, please enlighten me.
