  1. It's actually a felony crime to grab and hold birds protected by the migratory bird act like that guy grabbed that goose in this video. It doesn't matter if they are friends. It's still illegal because they're wild animals not pets you own so their freedoms must be respected. Its ok to let the goose come to you but you should not be forcing it to be with you by grabbing it, picking it up, and putting it on your boat like that.
