  2. It's not the water vapor which breaks down the plastic but rather a bacteria which feeds on the plastic and breaks it down into toxic VOC gasses which requires the water vapor to thrive.   3. There are people who don't believe in the germ theory of disease. They believe diseases are caused by bad health due to malnutrition, toxins, stress, etc. They believe germs are like predators opportunistically preying on the weak or dying as opposed to the cause of disease. I believe these people call this the pleomorphic germ theory. There is some Doctor who has become famous for starting a related theory about the covid virus who claims it isn't a virus but an exosome. As if exosomes can't be dangerous if they are mutated. Anyway, I'm guessing there are people out there who believe if god wanted us to wear masks then we would have been born with them. How do you argue with those kinds of people? I doubt it will do any good to argue with them because they will perceive any attempt to change their beliefs as an attack on their freedom of religion.
