  1. I doubt most people have N95 masks. Cloth masks don't help much. They help but onlyna little. Although the virus is smaller than the pores in N95 masks the masks use electrostatic filtration to capture the virus particles. Friction of air molecules gliding across the pores creates an electrostatic charge which then attracts the virus particles and captures them. BTW the virus particles are also bound to water vapor droplets which are larger than the pores in the N95 masks. So N95 masks do filter the virus.
