An interesting experiment that can be added to a runaway climate change problem, a runaway pandemic and a collapsing economy, ALL despite concentrated efforts to ignore the impending disasters. At least someone's outsized ego would have been pampered... Trump's approach to the situation reminds me of a story I read somewhere about a man that jumped from the roof of the Empire State building.
