As a retired airline pilot and former water sports enthusiast, my main question is: Why is this a new discovery! While the "more expensive to manufacture" argument may have some merit, the "too good to be true" argument is far more likely! Hydrodynamics and Aerodynamics are rather mature sciences. In both disciplines, the "too good to be true" is screaming at me, even while the "goodness me, I hope this is true!" is still a flickering hope.
