  1. The good news: He has not fired his weapon on duty - yet. The bad news: According to these statistics, he is an explosion waiting to happen. If US police put any effort into good police practices and culture, this guy might be counseled and actually be turned into a good, even-tempered cop, but with the current police culture he is likely to eventually unlawfully kill someone - so behind a desk is where he belongs, for the good of the public as well as himself.
