  1. This was a good travel video. You showed a lot of scenes of the outside, unlike a lot of other travel bloggers, who just show like a lot of close up shots of restaurants or parks, etc. Plus you said your thoughts about it at the end too, which was good. Yes, keep making more travel videos.

  19. So my question is, most of this repression in these countries, is enforced by the local police. Since these fascist countries are usually very centralized, and the capital city is the most important city there. So the police in the capital city, is the most important force for enforcing repression in the country. Why do the local policemen want a repressive country? Why do they follow the orders? It would be so simple to change the regime in these countries, if the local police simply do not act. They sit back and allow demonstrations to continue. There's not much anybody else can do there, to make them do anything. Repressive regimes could be changed in a matter of weeks.

  28. So apparently, mac and cheese with cut up hot dogs, is terrible, almost like child abuse, to Roman and many commenters here. But spaghetti carbonara with parmesan and pancetta, which is basically an Italian word for bacon, is perfection. The height of cuisine. Okay. I get the difference there.

  29.  @NOMSTERDAMUS  macaroni and cheese is just pasta with milk butter and american cheese. Spaghetti carbonara is pasta with olive oil and parmesan. Bacon is processed preserved ham, just like a hotdog is. I don't think there's that much difference between them.

But it does seem that Russians,both rich and poor, for a long time already, maybe over 100 years, hang out in Europe and other countries, instead of staying and changing their government and making their place a decent place to live. That's why we have large Russian diaspora in many countries. And then Russian government continues causing trouble for the rest of the world. At some point, the rest of the world gets tired of it.

  37. Get some young people together and take over the Moscow police station. Molotov cocktails on the police cars in parking lot, cut the power. Jam signals. Get crowds to surround the station. It could be done in a few days. I don't think anybody will fight you. You have to fight for your country Roman. Other countries have done it and you have to do it too. We need to keep up some pressures on all citizens of Russia to want to make them change.

  38. I'm not really sure why. The right has pretty much gotten what they wanted now. They got the trans, the immigrants, they got rid of roe v Wade, they will probably get the Trump tax cuts for a while. I mean what else do they want? They should be happy now. But they won't be happy until the US is Gilead I guess. That's the thing with the religious types, they always want more.

  40. This is kind of my theory. A society has to have that Scandinavians concept of huegge (sp?), which means sort of like, simple living, to embrace democracy. Where the idea of modesty among the rich is encouraged. If you don't have that, you can't have democracy. Because the rich will always try to self aggrandize at the expense of others. And that means they have to keep the poor down. That leads to repression.

  45. Well my grandmother was from near Moscow, from a normal or lower middle class family. And when she grew up, they did not have school. So she could never read. And this was kind of normal back then. And this was not that long ago. I am the youngest of the youngest, so my grandmother was born a while ago. But not that long ago in the big picture. A few generations. So Russia has not been modern for very long.
