If you are vegan, it could be contributing to your depression, if you have any. Meat provides a lot of nutrients you can not get in a vegan diet. Here is a partial list - b12, carnitine, CoQ10, taurine, collagen. And it is difficult for some people to digest plant sources of Vit A, calcium, iron. Don't believe the animal lover propaganda that being vegan is healthier for you. I would suggest eating some fish, like shellfish or sardines, some free range eggs, and some milk, once in a while. I mean if you feel sorry for sardines and clams, then that is exaggerated. And it is much better for your health.
