  1. Sounds like black and white thinking. Not good. You’re plain wrong if you think “everyone” or “always” is an accurate representation of reality. They aren’t. It’s a sign of depression, though. Maybe if you assume less about what other people are thinking, and be more proactive in your own life, you’ll be more happy. Not so much “zero fooks given”, as much as; “I think about how to better my own life more than random stranger’s living their lives”. Really simple keys to being happier. And less generalist.
