Also since Africa is war torn third world environment there such cases of lynching might occur and government may not look in that doesn't mean it's the law though. In general, US, east asia, and islamic countries have the strictest laws. Europe comparatively has lighter laws, becuz if u exclude the refugees, Europeans do very less crimes per capita than Americans, except the woke people among them, majority of Europeans r peaceful people specially in rich west europe. The refugees r taking advantage of it. But about what u said, africa is constantly doing civil wars and coups and there for what's less resources for cracking all crimes, an average sub saharan country may officially show 5-10 times less crimes than what actually took place in those nations becuz those r neither reported not investigated not prosecuted. This from outside u might feel africa is safe as the official crimes rates r so low even lower than most European countries I guess. what u r imagining that a world with extreme strict laws with extreme less crimes, that in reality happens in middle eastern rich nations, not in Africa.
