Say u make enough money to retire at 40(which is rare in US nowadays believe it or not), then u can go and live in Mexico peacefully all ur life, just learn Espanol. But imagine if a million men across US just decide to do that, will it work? It's fine if u don't care about the economic damage US government will face , it's an evil organisation. But will Mexico accept all of u? Will the Mexicans be fine with it? Then comes the question of opportunity. U need to be settled first. Then u need to find a decent job in Mexico, which is gonna pay less than american counterpart, probably even lesser because u r foreigner. Then u need to learn their language, get along with the Mexicans. Then the most important question comes about whether u actually can do it. Can u leave ur family, ur friends, ur job, ur home, ur neibourhood, everything behind and go to a foreign land? Can u mentally do it? I am gonna bet most people won't. U can probably, even I can. But most can't. Obviously most does not have the opportunity like money is the most important thing, most can't afford that, while some have criminal charges which limit their rights. That's why i said that. Also, the whole world is becoming woke slowly as well. Mexico is more woke than it was 20 years ago as well.
