  37. The cities were never made for both whites and blacks , it was made for whites only. Now when in south africa u both got the rights, i suggest u make newer citites in more habitable environment, cape town can't sustain that huge population no matter black or white, the Europeans considered that place becuz the smaller white population could fit in it back then, if the blacks come too, it can't afford it, nature has a limit. I am not telling in based on ur race, but u can't rely on rainwater for 5M lives to be in uncertainty. instead people from Cape Town now now have to move to other habitable cities. These r happening all over the but specially with cape town which I came to know today is solely ran on Rainwater , i suggest u South Africans please find a more habitable place to build a city, u may hit day 0 sooner or later, so the less people there the more time befor the reservoirs run out. Limit the population to about 3M , and then remove the rest slowly to a more habitable city where there is natural water, like north wards, keep cape town as a harbour and a historical place and shift the bulk to more habitable north of South Africa. I don't know i am not south african i just made my opinion, but in my opinion is u can't afford huge populations in individual cities for natural causes , u shouldn't force it, especially when u r a poor country, u can't afford to be las vagues, they have money to overcome their water shortages, we 3rd world countries can't do that. Here in India we got the most fertile land and other natural resources , still our cities r running out of water. In south africa, it is ever harder i know, so u should limit urbanization in order for the better ment of ur people . Also in this scenario u should slow down or stop ur population growth, becuz every country can't sustain population density like Bangladesh and still work. U have to accept the limit of ur environment and make ur nation that way.

Not becuz my town is lacking water, but either way i do it to save environment and also i am lazy not gonna lie. But i do take 2 mins off my work to go and turn off strangers taps if it's running and not being used. from childhood my dad taught me to save water, regarding of that i won't recieve any thing in return.
