That's more than what one deserves for one rape. I am not even talking about gender equality where reversing the genders in this case will result in 0 punishment. But what do the rest of 92 % cases result to the women? 20 years prison in return? Even 10 % of that? No. Most of them walk free. And very few of them get like few months imprisonment. Is that fair?
