  4. here in india : local government plant , say 100 tree saplings in an area, get it inspected, and few days later they take those trees off there, plant it somewhere where the inspectors will come next , and continue the process for their whole area. Thus planting barely any trees and using like 10% of the required trees in the process 😂. And the rest of the money goes to wine and women for the leaders 😅.
