It is no coincidence that the former German Minister of Defense, Ursula von der Leyen, was handpicked to be the head of the EU. NATO is bein sidelined by Brussels. It is the same modus operandi, that was used to incorporate the former Warsaw Pact members: They were offered a package solution: NATO membership for "security" and the EU as the financial umbrella - we are still sponsoring them. But it does not matter to the Eurocrats; they want land and voters, and they need an enemy to justify their actions. Enter the ole Russophobia. And then we have the usual absurd corruption - Ukraine has been used as a money laundering central (Biden/Burisma etc.). Ukraines past and future lies with Russia, not with Brussels.
