In Palo Alto, there is a concrete boat at the end of a pier. When there was a storm surge, the dock out to the boat was washed out. However, there is a difference between St. Thomas Aquinas's body's location and where his skull is. Apparently, his skull is unable to know what his body is supposed to be doing.
