  1. They need to pass a law where if its a juvenile offender, the parents/guardian should be held financially responsible for any damages. Start taking their tax credit.Thats the problem the parents dont know where their own kids are nor do they care. So the police and judge are left to discipline your kids and the public is collateral damage.

This is sad and all couldve been prevented with a single action as having a father there for that child and the rest of those kids that were there that night.
