  1. Rasied by an emotional woman with no father in the house this is what happens. This guy wasn’t even driving so how would be be so enraged to shoot that man unless his mom condoned or told him to do so.

  2.  @Bloomsburg14  yes its her fault, she raised this terrorist. This fool wasnt even a driver but a passenger, this idiot killed the man because he was driving too slow, and the mom condoned and allowed this behavior and probably had been doing it his entire life.
